Return Policy

Online Purchases

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

Please note: returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date. Please email us your order number and return request within 7 days to start a return. Items must be shipped within 7 days upon initial refund request. 

Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags attached. No makeup/self tanner stains.

Sale items, Accessories (hand bags, hair accessories, jewelry, candles, cosmetics etc.) & bodysuits are non-returnable and are Final Sale.

Returns can be made:

  • By mail — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In-store — free exchanges or store credit.

 We reserve the right to reject returns beyond the return period or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Sage & Stone. 

In-Store Purchases

UPDATED CHRISTMAS POLICY

As of December 2nd, any clothing that is bought as a gift, please ask for a gift receipt and the recipient has until December 30th for exchange or store credit only. MUST have all tags attached, items unworn and unwashed, and must have original copy of receipt or gift receipt. No exceptions. All Holiday Party Attire falls under our regular return policy of 7 days. These will be tagged with Red Stars on the clothing tags. 

Must be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags attached. Copy of receipt must be provided to process an In-Store return. 

Items purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail.

Sale items, Accessories (hand bags, hair accessories, jewelry, candles, scarves, cosmetics etc.) & bodysuits are non-returnable and are Final Sale.
